Detailed breakdown of Freeview changes – East Anglia

Freeview changes to commence on Tuesday 5th June from 07:30 am. 

TACOLNESTON - Serving most of Norfolk and North Suffolk 
The multiplex carrying the main BBC channels moves from UHF 55 to 40.
The multiplex carrying ITV, C4 and C5 among others moves from UHF 59 to 43.
The multiplex carrying the main 5 channels in HD moves from 50 to 46.
The multiplex carrying channels including Yesterday, Talking Pictures and 5SPIKE moves from UHF 39+ to 39 (most receivers should not be affected by this minor change)
The multiplex carrying BBC News HD among others moves from 55 to 31. Only receivable in some areas.

Burnham relay
All Freeview channels broadcast from this relay are changing frequencies. New UHF numbers: 29 (BBC), 31 (ITV, C4, C5), 37 (HD)

Gorleston on Sea
HD channels are changing frequency to UHF 30.
There will also be a power increase to the signal.

King's Lynn (Sandringham)
All Freeview channels broadcast from this relay are changing frequencies. New UHF numbers: 41 (BBC), 44 (ITV, C4, C5), 47 (HD).  There will also be a power increase to the signal.

Little Walsingham 
All Freeview channels broadcast from this relay are changing frequencies. New UHF numbers: 29 (BBC), 31 (ITV, C4, C5), 37 (HD).

Norwich Central
All Freeview channels broadcast from this relay are changing frequencies. New UHF numbers: 23 (BBC), 26 (ITV, C4, C5), 30 (HD).  There will also be a power increase to the signal.

Overstrand
All Freeview channels broadcast from this relay are changing frequencies. New UHF numbers: 48 (BBC), 34 (ITV, C4, C5), 35 (HD).

Thetford
HD channels are changing frequency to UHF 30.

Wells Next The Sea
All Freeview channels broadcast from this relay are changing frequencies. New UHF numbers: 41 (BBC), 44 (ITV, C4, C5), 47 (HD).

West Runton (for Sheringham and Cromer)
BBC standard definition channels and the main commercial channels are changing  frequencies. New UHF numbers: 31 (BBC), 37 (ITV, C4, C5)

CHANGES IN THE WEST OF THE ANGLIA TV REGION 

Madingley  (for Cambridge)
The multiplex carrying That's Cambridge, Tiny POP and TruTV among others is moving to UHF 35 and being increased in power.

Dallington Park
All Freeview channels broadcast from this relay are changing frequencies. New UHF numbers: 23 (BBC), 26 (ITV, C4, C5), 30 (HD). There will also be a power increase.

Kimpton
All Freeview channels broadcast from this relay are changing frequencies. New UHF numbers: 41 (BBC), 44 (ITV, C4, C5), 47 (HD).

Luton
All Freeview channels broadcast from this relay are changing frequencies. New UHF numbers: 39 (BBC), 42 (ITV, C4, C5), 45 (HD).
